We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that will drive our business forward. Your expertise will help us create innovative products and services, enhance our decision-making processes, and improve our customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges and drive innovation.
2. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize data gathering, cleansing, and feature engineering processes, ensuring the quality and integrity of AI outputs.
3. Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects, ensuring that findings and methodologies are accessible and reproducible.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating relevant knowledge and technologies into the company's operations.
6. Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to align AI projects with business objectives and strategic goals, ensuring that AI solutions deliver tangible value.

Skills & Experience

1. A master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in AI and machine learning development.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, with a deep understanding of AI and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and algorithm development.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment and convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Experience in deploying AI models in production environments, with knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
